Crimson Tavern understands that every dish is the sum of its components. Utilizing that notion, Chef Tony Hull, has formed partnerships and relationships with many of Orlando's best purveyors to source the finest ingredients available.

To further his quest for a true farm-to-table experience, Chef Hull created a 2,500 square foot chefs garden from which his team sources many of the menu's ingredients needed to provide an unsurpassed dining experience.

The Crimson Menu, which changes seasonally, showcases a combination of small-plates along with hand crafted entrees. Chef Hull's team also offers unparalleled daily specials that utilize all his garden has to offer.
